This unique opportunity and first-of-its-kind event will allow active Accredited Estate Planner® designees and Estate Planning Law Specialist certificants to enjoy a brief keynote presentation from two of the profession's leading experts followed by three small breakout sessions moderated by members of the NAEPC Estate Planning Hall of Fame®.

- Celebrate the 2020 Entrants into the NAEPC Estate Planning Hall of Fame during the Virtual Award Ceremony
- Hear the Keynote Prestation: "Hot Topics as We Move Into the Third Decade"
- Cultivate new relationships with fellow designees and Hall of Fame Members during three small, randomly-assigned 15-minute collaborative breakout sessions during which the moderator will lead a discussion on a variety of timely topics related to his/her discipline

About Our Keynote Presenters & Their Session
Turney P. Berry, JD, AEP® (Distinguished), is a partner in the firm of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs LLC in Louisville, Kentucky, where he leads the firm’s Trusts, Estates & Personal Planning Service Team and also serve on the Executive Committee. He is a nationally recognized leader in the areas of estate and business planning, estate and trust administration, and charitable giving and tax-exempt organizations.
Charles A. "Clary" Redd, JD, AEP® (Distinguished), is a partner in the firm of Stinson LLP in St. Louis, Missouri. He has a preeminent, national reputation for developing and implementing unique solutions to complex problems, resolving intra-family disputes efficiently and sensitively and providing practical advice for current and future generations.
Turney and Clary will review estate planning ideas that you may want to consider in the short time before year end, discuss a few tax and state law developments from the past year that may affect your strategies and recommendations to clients going forward, and offer suggestions for retaining flexibility in the plans you develop with clients. If our plans can’t be on the money, let’s make sure they are at least in the money. This session will set the stage for the remainder of the day, including the breakout sessions.
